Dionne is a BAFTA and BIFA producer, director or writer nominee. She is currently working on Gassed Up (2022) feature film production. Her theatrically released project as co-writer- lead producer, was the critically acclaimed feature-length documentary The Hard Stop (2015). She has also been involved with a number of visual, documentary,  TV & urban arts related projects including presenting her work at the NYU, Odeon and Villa De Pietra, Firenze, V&A, British Museum, UAL, TIFF, Sundance Institute, National Gallery of Jamaica and Museum of Ghana. She has been taking photographs, shooting journalistic footage, commissioning and producing film & debate series for over 30 years.

She has secured support, funding and sponsorship from leading film institutions around the world including the UK, North & South America, Canada, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa. Other projects includes The Fighting Spirit (2007), Invisible Woman 2.0, Regent’s & Vicky, Independence and Neopolis.
